Just in case you don't get it yet, does it seems like Najib really want Obama to stop talking so that Najib can go shit !?

No, I didn't say it, Niamah did.

MCA 2010 Election - a factual review, reminder.

MCA has been the largest association representing Chinese ethic group in Malaysia. Once upon a time, Malaysians were happy with the way it was. Then 308 happened and many Malaysians voted for a change. Almost the whole of MCA representatives went down the drain in that national election. Ong Ka Ting was the president then.

So MCA was forced to change and Ong Tee Keat was elected as the new President. Tee Keat has been well known as the closest match to 308 voting message - people wanted a leader who is genuine, honest and transparent to the public.

The funny thing is ... Chua has always been the suppose-to-be next leader even during Ka Ting's time. But he had a sex scandal that almost ruin his political career. However on the contrary, not only did the sex scandal didn't sentence him to death, he is climbing the ladder as usual, just a bit slower. So despite how one may think how trash and rubbish this guy is, one cannot ignore that Chua is one of the few leaders who know very well what is going on (environment) and understand human dynamics very well.

We don't know who is using his sex scandal to bring him down but from Chua's own reaction, he may have laid that responsibilities to Ka Ting's team. Although many people discredit sex scandal politician, MCA representatives may not necessary be. It appears that MCA has forgiven Chua and even pursue Chua to continue leading the party. Chua did not run for president position due to the sex scandal issue but he ran for the 2nd man and won the position rather easily.

After last election, Tee Keat and Chua became the talk of topics. Chua and Ka Ting were the two main forces in the party but both of them lost shine after 308 and let Tee Keat surface out from almost nowhere. Tee Keat and Chua became the 2 opposite forces in the party, but yet both of them occupy the top and 2nd top positions in the party. Hence practically Tee Keat ignored Chua and worked more with Liao. Tee Keat later found out that Liao was used by other people to influence Tee Keat's opinion upon Chua.

Jiang is also an experience politician but relatively low profile and only get more exposure recently that he is running for 2nd man position. It is generally accepted that Jiang will take down Liao without much fight if it were a 1 to 1 competition.

Then there are Young Men and Young Women associations under MCA. Led by Wei and Zhou respectively. Instead of supporting Tee Keat as a president, these two have been the supporting pillars to Liao. It is believed that Zhou is the main influence to Liao who in turn influence Tee Keat to dislike Chua. Wei on the other hand is suspicious of disliking Tee Keat exposing PKFZ corruption case. While Wei gets a lot of Young Men members support, Zhou has less support from her own members.

After Tee Keat became the president, his conflict with Chua worsen. Chua was even expel from the party once due to disciplinary action on his sex scandal issue. Tee Keat were accused of corruptions. An internal vote carried out on 10-10 hoping to solve Tee Keat and Chua's conflict but the result has rejected them both; more than half do not trust Tee Keat as president anymore and even more do not want Chua to be the 2nd man anymore. This was also when Liao's team intention was exposed - get rid of the top 2 men so that they can take over.

When Tee Keat personally over heard Zhou's talk behind him, Tee Keat teamed up with Chua to prevent Liao from taking over. Suddenly Liao's political position dropped from heaven to hell and hence demanding a re-election. It was finally Chua who made this re-election a reality while working and hiding under Tee Keat.

=== personality ===

Ka Ting + Liao teams are follower under BN which is also the main reason why they fail in 308 national election. This hasn't seem to change. This kind of passive-resource-sharing mechanism will work well during good economy's time but when there aren't enough to share, it can still go bad.

Tee Keat is still a lonely reform guy but totally lacking human dynamics. Hence 'most' of the people who work with or under him dislike him especially after Tee Keat became the president. You may be self center when you are alone but when you are leading a big group, you must be careful not to let your self center ruin the team. The keys are high EQ and communication skill which Tee Keat failed miserably. Tee Keat however has achieved significant progress in term of process and system improvements; not because he really did well but because NONE of the other leaders have done that.

Chua is almost the extreme opposite, he has high EQ and great communication skill. He has also been a master in disasters recovery. But I have never seen a single core improvement he has done in "process or system" but he sure has kept everyone around him happy. So unless you think process and systems are all about human too, then perhaps he is your perfect guy. Opps, almost perfect minus ethical or adultery image.

=== who will WIN ? ===

Its a choice among Painful System Reform (TK), Harmony Improvement (C) and Lets go back to where we were (KT). And its not about what you and I want. Its about what MCA representatives want ( about 2000+ of them ), either for themselves or for the people they represent.

Chua will win. While he may not get more than 50% support but his victory will be rather a stretch from his competitors. Perhaps more than 2 digits difference. While he himself is questionable in many ways but the team he put forward is no doubt the strongest.

=== now, me ! ===

I am a citizen, I am a Chinese and I am NOT a MCA representative. I can safely say that I represent more than 50% of the voices alike that we are hoping for Tee Keat to resume his last one year. For crying out loud, it was at first :

1. Chua chicken out did not run for president in the first place in last election. Get back in line and wait for the full term !

2. It was Liao who stir shit up between Chua and Tee Keat, Tee Keat was only guilty of naiveness if any.

3. Then it was Ka Ting who went behind Liao when Chua and Tee Keat's conflicts were 'solved' and stir up new shit !

So Ka Ting is behind me,
I sit with Tee Keat
and looking at Chua.

After note 23 March 11:50am : Just to be fair, each of the names above does not refer to the person himself but rather the name refers to his people, his team, his alliances etc. For example, Ka Ting himself didn't really plan the whole stir-shit thing on Liao. It was people who believed in him contributed most of the stirring acts instead, including Liao himself. Chua is really not a man who is capable of making any decision by 'himself', he always source for inputs from 360 degrees before he did something, that is why he is always the LAST to do something. So whatever claims above using his name really meant his people. Except for Tee Keat where most of the things mentioned above is pretty much himself.

MCA - certified DEAD

At the time of this writing, MCA EGM has NOT declared any voting result yet. But as a patriotic Malaysian, the result couldn't be clearer than this. MCA is certified DEAD again.

It was apparent in last 308 election what People wants. People as in citizen, each and every one of us voted and Malaysia citizen wanted changes, transparency and effectiveness.

MCA voting process however, is done by 2000+ representatives. Exactly who and what they represent is questionable, but almost certainly not MCA members. Basically these 2000+ people decided the combination of Ong and Choi less than one year ago. Today the fact is so clear Choi will NEVER be able to work with Ong. And yet these 2000+ today still keep a 50-50 votes on this matter.

There are only 2 possible reasons for this scenario:

1) The representatives still support their own idol, half with Choi and half with Ong
2) The representatives want to change both Choi and Ong

Either way, it shows the 2000+ representatives are TOTALLY CLUELESS with what the citizen want.

Case 1: you made 2 choices but they don't work well together, so you should prioritize one over the other to improve the situation. If you are still holding up both choices, you are either IGNORING the fact or you are just plain selfish.

Case 2: you made 2 choices but they fail to work together. But there is NO proof that either one of them is a failure. Removing one is so much less risk than removing both. Especially when either one of them has only worked LESS than a year. You delegated but you revoke the power too soon shows that you are NOT a fundamentally stable person.

there is NO WAY MCA will be stabilized after this EGM. It will only get worse to worst.

MCA DOES NOT represent Chinese in Malaysia. MCA does NOT even represent Malaysian. There are at least HALF of THEM are rotten eggs. MCA is certified DEAD !!

The only way to resurrect is to gather so many NEW members until all the OLD rotten links in MCA are over shadow. Which doesn't seem like any chance of happening in the next 10 years ...

Sorry but good bye MCA ....

Malaysia MCA internal election ?

Just want to log that I think Ong will win the case massively.

Basically Choi hasn't really done much things that is feasible other than he is a good friends to many people.

308 proves that people want real result, real changes. Ong did that.

However, this MCA internal election is not a people voting events. Only 2380 representatives are voting. It is really NOT hard to influence 1000+ people so ...

if Choi wins over Ong this time, this proves that MCA has reached its end of life. It is totally disregarding citizen's voice and will NO LONGER represent any ethical group in Malaysia ....

Malaysia - Malaya, Singapore, Borneo

31 August is the day we celebrate independance.

We were no one in no where and has nothing to start with ... ( at least not significant enough to leave any political trails. But there are significant geographical and historical trails thao )

Then ships started to travel along strait of Malacca. Ships docked, habour built, we soon evolve into a civilization of our own. Most new activities were introduced by people who came down from the ships, mostly China and India. The locals were called Malays.

Natural resources were soon found to be abundant, mainly were mining and plantation. Hence colonization started, slaves were used to harvest natural resources, the locals were hired to administer. Malaya became the LARGEST tin and rubber producer in the world.

British took over since 18th century. The 'goverment' running our lands is British Malaya. During that period, communist was the major anti-goverment force, wanted to fight for independance so they said.

During world war 2, Japan took over by force and sinificantly leave an effect that colonization era is over. Hence British wanted to help us gain our independance but didn't want to transfer power to the communists who had been fighting for it. Malayan Union was formed and eventually its the Federation of Malaya gained the independance on 31 August 1957. A British educated goverment servant was named the father of independance because he was the one who worked closest with the colonist. We are one of the most unique countries in the world who gain our independance without as much blood as it was in other places. We talked our way to freedome or basically we were given our freedom by the British.

Indonesia on the other hand was considered ahead of us by declaring their own independance as soon as Japanese left and before the Dutch came back.

Singapore, Sarawak and North Borneo, also under the care of British were much slower on the other hand. They were just more primitive and had no ability to politically manage themselves, at least thats what the British was thinking. These are the land of conflicts too, respectively claimed by Indonesia, Brunei and Philipines.

But time was running out, the British had to leave soon because they were the last colony in the region. So all three join the land of Malay and formed Malaysia on 16 Sep 1963. Singapore was later kicked out on 1965.

All these are just less than 3 generations away. My grand father migrated from China to North Borneo to fix trucks. During high schools, I had school mates who migrated from Philipine. As far as their previous education is concerned, North Borneo was still a part of Philipine. In one accidental fire, my philipine classmate Gilbert lost his life when helping to put off the fire ...

So Malaysia is 46 years old by 16 Sept, how mature can Malaysia be ? Probably at best as mature as I am ?

31 August is the day we celebrate independance ...
Malaysia is the land of Malay ...
Islam is the religion of the country ...

Celebrating independance doesn't mean we forget about Borneo. Land of Malay doesn't mean non Malay have to leave. Enforcement of Islam as country's religion doesn't mean other religion has to be surpressed. Raising keris doesn't mean I have to raise my sword.

How mature can the 46-year-old Malaysia be ? Probably not as mature as I am.

If there are no politicians, there are no racism ...

Another chapter ended - good bye Chua ...

Putting personal preferance aside, its important for us to stay calm but critical when observing evolvement around us. During Perak political change hand incident, shortly after the Sultan explained himself, I concluded that was the end of PR - the losing party in Perak transition. No one liked my early conclusion including myself but nevertheless, those were the facts of those time. As far as how it evolves until today, my months old judgment has been correct until now.

MCA is the largest Chinese political party in Malaysia. After their last internal election, the No. 1 man is Ong and the 2nd is Chua. Both are very controversial men. Ong always do things as he thinks RIGHT even by ignoring the TREND of what other big guys are doing. Chua had been expected to be the NEXT no. 1 guy until the exposure of his private sex life - adultery.

Below shows a series of events since MCA has the No.1 and 2 guys in place ...
1. Ong gave some tasks to Chua but commonly viewed as non essential tasks and none ministry related
2. Chua tried to be nice for a very short while but then openly hinted his talent was purposely covered.
3. Chua successfully pursued Prime Minister to assign him special task, a task beyond MCA
4. Chua openly lead his people in varies functions disregard the No.1 in many occasions
5. Ong and Chua both use media to openly accuse, hint and talk trash to one another
.
. As of right now, Chua or his gang is pressuring the No.1 guy ... potentially including asking him to step down, roll over, bend down whatever. Ong on the other hand do what he does best, goes public with his current situation hinting that he may not be able to hold any longer. If Ong cann't get support from the other big boys, he always go for MANY small boys. As long as the Quantity of small boys win over the pressure brought by the powerful big boys, Ong is safe. This has been his unique political style.
.
.
6. Deputy PM finally made his comment that both MCA big boys should settle the matter under MCA's hook with the curtain closed, citing "Who doesn't have problems in our own house? "

PERIOD.

If it is not clear to you yet, lets me conclude the chapter for you. Chua is over, good bye Chua.

Chua may realize this too but his followers will NOT. If Chua still has some smart over his pride, he may not do much from now on. But history has proved that he easily let himself influenced by the glory he loves to hold especially when his followers are with him. So, it will get messy, it will get very messy. Nothing is worse than an ended chapter but the losing party refuse to apprehend nor accept.

As of now, the only way Ong can go down is when he himself is letting go but there is no CLEAR sign of that yet. The only way Chua can maintain 'something' is to concentrate 100% on his tasks and focus on results. If he is able to bring a significant improvement to the whole country within the next 2 years, he may have a chance to redeem. But it is unlikely to happen looking at his personality and his political style. Chua can only be as good as what is given to him, he has not been the type to outgrown in the past.

Singapore, Malaysia ...

Singapore and Malaysia are so much alike .... and yet very different. Perhaps I can safely comment that we WERE both started from the same source, but yet ended rather differently, NOT completely opposite, but RATHER DIFFERENTLY.

Have just watched The History of Singapore from Discovery channel. There were a few key messages left with me:

1. After abandon by Malaysia, Singapore survived by inviting electronic manufacturing, which at that time was considered an 'evil' industry by other countires. Such moves were followed quickly by Malaysia.

2. When Lee Kuan Yew stepped down, the 'new' PM changed style into a totally FREEDOM countries which has encouraged many opposition party to rise in appearance. However, when an American is guilty of vendalism, Singapore went ahead to cane the American regardless pressure from Clinton. This showed as 'soft' as the new PM was, he was 'hard' too.

3. Singapore followed Britain to take care of welfare of the people by building many homes. However, Singapore decided to sell the homes instead of renting it like it was in Britain. Soon, British followed the strategy.

4. After 40 years of carefully controlled economy by the goverment, it is really questionable if the same method can be continued. And Singpaore goverment knows very well of this situation. They said, "The new economy is about idea" and started BioTech city. Which eventually encourage the citizen to start thinking for themselves after so many years of pampering by the goverment.

How about Malaysia ? Well, lets see ...

1. We followed quickly setting up FREE industrial zones in Penang, Selangor etc. Copying is better than ignorant the trend, I guess.

2. We had Pak Lah, who were well known as 'soft' too. But unfortunately there isn't any 'hard' legacy did he leave us.

3. Here, anyone can build, anyone can buy. But its never about 'home', its just houses we built.

4. We also have BioTech City but it isn't apparent that is our future. We are still playing games of "sue first, care later", "racism", "use public news channel to communicate internal party conversations" etc.

After living here in Malaysia for more than half life, I don't really know where we were and where we are heading to. I must be very stupid ...

Chinese the Problem of Malaysia Unity

Tun M mentioned stubborness of Chinese sticking to own chinese education is the major problem for Malaysia education unity.

Although I was chinese educated and strongly support all chinese to send their kids to chinese schools but I have to agree and as a matter of fact it has been the same thing what I have been preaching all along as well, nationalism needs to be in the same direction.

Nationalism's first step is to be in the same direction.  It doesn't even need to be Right or Wrong.  As long as ALL of us are moving in the same direction, it is POSSIBLE to change direction if previous path was wrong.  Before we are moving in the same direction, right or wrong DOES NOT MATTER whatsoever, its just plain chaos and as long as Unity is not form, this nation will go no where.

First of all, we are in a multi-races community.  Be it Islamic country or what, the fact is we are in a multi race community.  As a matter of fact the word race isn't the right word here neither, there are many ethic groups in Malaysia.

There is a slight difference between race and ethic and I strongly believe after 50 years of Malaysia, we have moved on from race to ethic groups.  Although many ethic groups may still appear as if seems like racism.

So we have to very clear who we are and what we are standing on when we make a statement.

For example, as a Malaysian, we have to agree on One Malaysia school system.  But when change ground, as an ethic group, I may want to go to chinese school.  Many may find this contradicting but actually it is NOT.

Its like when my foreign friend came visit me asking me to bring him to a local Malaysian dish, I would share my nasi lemak and satay with him.  Enjoying very much on satay myself I do not eat them every day.  I have my normal rice with normal non-halal meals daily but I would still tell all my friends that Nasi Lemak and satay are what I think represend malaysia food best.

If eating nasi lemak and satay has a national effect that may bring the whole of Malaysia into a more united future, I may have to reconsider what I eat everyday yes.  I may still end up eating most of what I eat now but I may give it more weight when choosing my meals.

And that is all that matter.  Eat whatever you want as you like but once in a while, you need to remember your nationality and stand on the nation ground to think about the future of this nation, both for you, your old folks and espeically your future generations.  Other than your normal ethical life style.

Safely speaking after 50 years, E D U C A T I O N  is the Number 1 factor why Malaysia is NOT doing as well as what we could have been.

Any CEO who has run a company of more than 100 people successfully understand that getting everyone on the same page is the first move.  You can always steer them into better direction as we go along.  Else there is no future for success at all.

There is NO QUESTION in my mind that the Solution is SIMPLE.  Have one school system that supports multiple ethic studies within the school as per request by the school occupants - the students and the parents.  So if 80% of a particular school's request to teach in certain language, all be it.  The school will also be responsible for its own national exam result and future adaption to the society.  That way, you make your own decision and you are responsible for it.  Time will kill those ignorant ones and the stronger one will survive.  By then, a mature one school system will appear naturally.

This simple solution becomes NOT EASY because people do not stand on the right ground to make the right statement.  Tun M stands on national ground and making comments about ethic groups.  MCA stands on ethic ground making comments on national matter.  How can they ever agree to steer on the same direction ?

Its just like 2 kids fighter over a candy, "Its mine !" ... "No !  Its mine!" .... but actually one is refering to the chocolate and another to the candy box.  They could have had what they want sitting down together and laughing out loud, "You so stupid, you just want the box!" ... "No !  This box can fill with other candies ... "

Today marks the end of PR in Perak

Its been a great drama, as a matter of fact, best ever fiction movie I have ever watched.

Since its already a fact that PR will end their time and BN will sit in Perak, its time to remember this by what we, the voters, can do next.

Not that there are nothing can be done now, PR will continue to fight for their case. Despite the fact they will fail to regain control no matter what they do, it is IMPORTANT that they keep on doing all these stuff ... so that ignorant voters can SEE for themselves what BN does and what PR does ... and therefore draw their own conclusion who is potentially a better governer.

So yes PR will continue to launch court cases, people will rally and may be some bloods will flow. Hopefully not a too big one ...

But for all the others who were not part of above, WATCH with your BIG OPEN EYEs.

It may or may not matter if Political Frog is 'correct' or 'wrong'. What definitely matter is HOW the frog leap.

FACT 1 : did not get permission from people

Simply put, if I represent you and you voted me to support my ideology then when I am planning to change my ideology, I would HAVE TO ask all my voters if that is ok and I would put up some good logical argument for it. Without that, any other reasons of leaping is potentially more damaging. Asking my voters doesn't mean an election. It could be a general survey, it could be a close door hands up votes ... anything is better than NOT Asking the voters first.

FACT 2 : The way the Lies are told

I am NOT leaving !  I am Staying !  And then I appear in another side of the road in less than 2 days.  What can you tell about this kind of person ?  Immoral, may be.  Dishonest, ya.  But one thing for sure, only the DUMPEST ASS in the world would make this kind of lies.  If I were to do it, I would at least make some stupid stories up like "Due to classified reasons, I have to leave PR and become independance in order to continue serve the land I love effectively".  It doesn't really matter if you lie in political world, but its the way you lie show how much a person you are.  You may have cursed govertment for making stupid excuses in the past 50 years, but these 3 dump asses are not even capable of doing that.

FACT 3 : The way you smile

What more do people need to discuss or argue when you see this smile despite the 'way' it happened ?

FACT 4 : Sultan's Democracy

I have predicted before a few years ago that the future of Malaysia Politic depends on how smart our Agung and Sultans are and the future will only 'change' when Agung and Sultans get involved in politics.  This trend has already started since last year and today it marks another milestone that how democratic a state's future can be depends solely on one person's mind.

lastly, not to forget other un-verified facts that someone may have committed corruption crime and want to get away with a lot of money and definitely decided to leave political world for good by screwing all the people voted for him, as Simpson says it ... aha !  you are SCREW !!

Now, its your turn.  Your challenge now is NOT to forget this 3-4 years to come.  And that's it !  That's the ONLY thing you should DO now ... WATCH with OPEN EYEs and REMEMBER it for the next 3-4 years !  Thats IT !!!

Just in case you wanted to do more, this movie also tells us how lack of talent PR is.  So if you like PR, then you should really take time to join them and see if you can contribute in real mannger.  Hey !  Whats to lose ?  Worst case scenario you may receive more than millions when someone sue you for corruption and

One Education System

Mahathir's son proposed to have one type of primary school replacing current lingual dependant schools.

I support TOTALLY and this is actually One of the 'KEY' changes I have been sharing with people around me ...

There is only one small differences between my version and his.  Each school can decide what language to use to teach other non-lingual courses like science, math, geography etc.  And not necessary just Bahasa Malaysia.

In order to support that, all national exams will be made available in 4 main languages.

Mahathir agreed on 14 Dec 2008

Mahathir said Internet is Powerful

Malaysia Ex Prime Minister posted up a message in Facebook inviting friends to his open house upon Hari Raya celebration yesterday ( Sunday ), thousands turned up !  So Mahathir said Internet is VERY powerful ...

Hello ... !?  Facebook is a community site, its not the whole Internet ....

In this regard, an identity in a community site in Internet is only as powerful as the identify itself in real life.  For example, I also invite everyone in the world to my open house on xanga but None turned up !

Tun, a lot of people turned up because you are already famous.  As a matter of fact, you brought fame into facebook.  More than 300 people left comments on your blog on the first day you post one note.

Tun, You Are Already Powerful and now you are sharing your power with Internet ... that is how Internet becomes so much more Powerful ...

Now Tun, why don't you talk about my blog now ? :)

Sammy apologized

Is this kind of posting considered Flamming ?

Sammy Chan recently snatched or robbed by some bad guys.  Not by chance, this kind of crimes actually happen a lot in my neibourhood too.

Its not a simple robery.  The guys on motorcycle actually snap your hand bag and if you shout for help.  They will make a U turn back and scold you if you are lucky.  Else you get beaten up pretty bad.

Some victims died, some drag by the motorbike for over 50 meters, some still in coma till today.  Whatever the reason is, its very commonly known that the similar kind of people are always committing to this type of crime.  ( I do know the reason and have a good theory about it ).  Many neighbours have similar experience and same persumptions.  Statistically its even a fact.

Its all DONE by a Bunch of IDIOTS who doesn't want to work.  Indeed they know the 'chances' to get caught is about 0.06%.  Among all the other 'Big Cases' our law enforcemen teams have to worry about.  Their cases are the very Number 1 ... counting from the Bottom.  Don't ask me, I don't know whose back side that was.

This is the time I need to read Niamah Blog.  Too bad Pat is on holidays now, Niamah !!!

Now Sammy apologized and I heard someone accepted the apology.

So ?  Now what ?  What do you do with her lost ?  Financially and Emotionally ?  Anyone been caught ?  suspect ?  progress ?  are there any cases been filed at all !!??

Damn !!  WTF, where the he!! is wrong with your priority !!  Mr. HamKaChan !!

Blog your true feeling and get into trouble ...

I just remember why I didn't want to blog for so many years ...

Below is a snapshot from MalasiaKini web site 5 minutes ago :
The 22-year-old blogger posted her comments after her mobile phone was stolen by two alleged Indian youths when she was having lunch at her office in Kuala Lumpur on Sept 23.

The alleged posting read: “I hate Indians. It’s bad enough they are famous for being drunk and rude (most of them anyway). Now they carry the reputation of being stealer, robbers, rapist, idiots, morons, drunkard bastards and list goes on...”.

I am running for congress man contest soon, but can I say I don't agree with her ? err ... wait n see lah

NO to postponement of UMNO election

Razaleigh Say NO to postponement of UMNO election

Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah has called on Umno members to reject the postponement of party elections to March next year as it is not provided for in the party constitution.

Its about time I said.  Last night when I heard the whole report about "Its all over now ..." and "Deputy has it all under control" ... I was thinking, ya right ....

And even if this incident doesn't shake them, its ok.  Cause there are still more to come ...  Have fun reading Malaysia Politics, its going to be more interesting than, whats that novel called ? ....
